Flat-Fee Legal Services
We understand that clients do not appreciate being presented with costly surprises at the end of the day, no matter how successful the outcome. For this reason, most of our work is undertaken on a flat-fee basis, so clients know and understand the total cost and the scope of the work that is included from the outset. Exceptions to the flat-fee agreement arise only in exceptional circumstances, and clients are kept well informed of any unanticipated developments before additional fees are incurred.
Hourly Fees
While nearly all of our work is completed on a flat-fee basis, certain matters are more appropriately undertaken on an hourly basis. In general, our immigration compliance and consulting work is provided on an hourly basis with an understood scope of work outlined at the onset. An initial consultation can establish the cost clearly for you, based on your specific needs.
