Sismi Menachery

Sismi Menachery is an Associate Attorney with Goel & Anderson. She represents multinational corporate clients and individuals on immigrant and nonimmigrant business visa petitions, labor certification applications, and developing effective strategies for corporate immigration programs that ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations. She counsels clients in the following nonimmigrant areas (H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, O-1), Employment-based immigrant areas (PERM, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, I-140, and I-485), consular processing, adjustment of status, and naturalization.

She also advises clients on immigration compliance matters and individual family matters. She regularly represents clients in matters before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the U.S. Department of State’s embassies and consulates worldwide.
