Arielle Singer

Arielle Singer is an Associate Attorney at Goel & Anderson, LLC, where she specializes in business and family-based immigration law. She represents clients ranging from startups and individuals to multinational corporations on myriad matters, including immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions, labor certification applications, consular processing, adjustment of status, and naturalization. She builds strong partnerships with her clients to understand their immigration needs and deliver strategic, comprehensive counsel.

Arielle’s practice focuses on nonimmigrant visa categories including H-1B, L-1, O-1, and E-3, as well as EB-1 and EB-2 National Interest Waivers, and family-based immigration categories including I-130 and K-1 fiancé visas. Her experience extends to responding to complex Requests for Evidence (RFE) issued by USCIS.

Arielle represents clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, as well as the U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Department of State.
