Amit Pandey

Amit Pandey is responsible for the firm’s operations in India, where he directs the India-inbound practice* and manages immigration support functions for several of the firm’s multinational corporate clients with significant operations in India.**

Amit has a great deal of experience in immigration from a cross-border perspective, having worked extensively with Goel & Anderson in India and the U.S., where he gained significant expertise in preparing employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions. His career in immigration began in 2004, when he joined a prominent online provider of immigration services, eventually rising to the role of Chief Mentor for its Legal, Client Relations and Content departments. Thereafter, Amit joined Goel & Anderson, working directly with the firm’s senior partners, undertaking a training program in immigration and law practice management. During this time, Amit further developed his extensive knowledge of, and experience with, all of the major U.S. immigrant and nonimmigrant practice areas, including PERM, L-1A, L-1B, H-1B, H-3, E-1, E-2, J-1, B-1, and others.

In 2008, Amit undertook responsibility for expanding Goel & Anderson’s footprint in India. Today, he oversees a team of immigration professionals in Pune, where he is responsible for managing several key client engagements within India, while also providing guidance on global immigration strategies to multinational corporations based in India.
