Sandeep Verma’s role as Director of IT and Operations for Goel & Anderson includes oversight of our IT infrastructure strategy, and management of the firm’s technical operations and IT team to achieve business goals, minimize security risks, and maintain our IT systems functioning at optimal levels. His overall focus is to identify and develop new technical solutions for the firm to enhance its service offerings and meet the rapidly changing needs of our clients.
Sandeep has more than 15 years of experience working at the intersection of business and technology, and has a strong track record for IT operations excellence and business innovation. At G&A, he is responsible for working with the firm’s partners and leaders to develop and enhance our IT systems and proprietary solutions, including spearheading the development of G&A’s custom-designed, immigration case management system, GATEWAY™. He also leads our team of IT professionals who are responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing these technologies.
Prior to joining G&A, Sandeep worked for a leading market research and analytics firm, where he rose through the ranks to become Manager of Ecommerce Products for the company.
Sandeep holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of the District of Columbia. When he is not transforming G&A’s systems for the future, he can be found biking, golfing, or playing soccer with his two boys.
