As the firm’s Client Services Manager, Nandita Manroy is really our nerve center. She serves as a strong and exceptionally effective conduit connecting the firm’s attorneys and professional staff with our clients for anything related to the management of their cases or their business relationship with Goel & Anderson. Nandita reports directly to the firm’s Managing Partner because of her direct involvement in client relations and the key role she plays in all aspects of the firm's operations.
As Client Services Manager, Nandita also directly liaises with the firm’s Senior Paralegals and oversees the firm’s logistical operations and administrative staff to ensure that the firm’s case management system is updated daily, and that clients are provided with notices, case updates, and management reports on the appropriate schedule.
Originally joining the firm as a business immigration paralegal, she quickly became an effective manager and administrator with a strong understanding of client needs and law firm operations. Nandita’s direct involvement in the case management chain allowed her to develop a strong, client-centered approach to case management and client relations. She has been a critical part of the firm’s operations for many years, serving with Goel & Anderson since 2000.
