Youngwook (“Christian”) Park provides strategic counseling to employers on all aspects of U.S. immigration law, regulation, and policy. Christian partners with clients to develop, design, and implement streamlined immigration programs to meet business and compliance requirements for the recruitment and retention of a foreign national workforce in the United States.
Christian has served as counsel to a wide variety of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, distinguished universities, and businesses of all sizes. His work has involved clients across business industries, including technology, engineering, consulting, financial services, healthcare, biotech, automotive, and food and beverage.
Christian is a frequent speaker on immigration topics, and has provided numerous lectures and presentations to employers, employees, industry groups, and immigration professionals.
