Today USCIS announced that it has completed data entry for all fiscal year 2019 H-1B cap-subject petitions that have been selected per the H-1B lottery. USCIS will now begin returning cap-subject petitions that were not selected, and it will issue an announcement once all unselected petitions have been returned.
