USCIS Acknowledges Problems Accessing Case Status and CSC Emails

Yesterday USCIS' California Service Center (CSC) stated to AILA's CSC Liaison Committee that they are aware of issues users are having accessing a case's status online and receiving emails for receipt notices and approvals for premium processing cases. AILA has urged practitioners to call the CSC Premium Processing Line directly to obtain case status updates.
