Candace Hill

Associate Attorney

Candace Hill assists Goel & Anderson’s clients with corporate immigration matters that involve the movement of highly skilled personnel across the globe.  She advises multinational corporations on employment-related immigration issues, focusing on strategic immigration planning and regulatory compliance. 

In the course of her practice, Candace regularly represents clients in matters before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the U.S. Department of State’s embassies and consulates worldwide.  She counsels clients on complex legal matters involving all of the major U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant visa classifications, including H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, TN, B-1, PERM, and I-140 issues. She also advises clients on immigration compliance matters.
