We offer a complete online case management system (powered by INSZoom) that provides clients with secure worldwide access to case status and electronic documents on a 24x7x365 basis. 

  • Individual clients have access to the full range of system capabilities, including case status, documents, critical dates, and other resources.
  • For corporate clients, we tailor system access based on your company‚Äôs preferences.  For instance, company HR personnel may be authorized to monitor case status, initiate new cases, and even generate employee reports as needed.  Employee access can be enabled to allow completion of online questionnaires and uploading of electronic copies of critical documents with confidence that personal information remains safe.  We can also enable employees to monitor the progress of their immigration case online.  Or not.  It all depends on client preference, but we have the tools to make it happen.   
  • Our robust electronic I-9 management system can also help companies outsource and simplify the I-9 employment eligibility verification process.  With our tools, I-9 forms can be completed online, and older paper-based I-9 forms can be scanned and stored electronically. 
  • We also offer the option of integrating our immigration management system and I-9 management system with corporate human resource management systems, such as SAP, PeopleSoft, and Oracle.
